South African born multi-disciplinary designer Daniella Kallmeyer founded her brand on her interest and intrigue in classic, immaculate, effortless, and often androgynous clothes. As a designer, Daniella identifies strongly with her cultural, theatrical, and artist backgrounds and she incorporates that individuality into her customer experience. With a background in theater and fine arts, Daniella began her studies at Syracuse University concentrating in Fashion and Costume Design before then transferring to the London College of Fashion where she received a BA honors in Fashion Design and Technology. Her graduate collection was selected by a panel of industry professionals to be part of an exclusive press show at the Royal Academy in London.

After her experience with luxury and Ready-to-Wear designers Alexander McQueen, Proenza Schouler, Luca Luca, Les Chiffoniers, and Jen Kao, contemporary designer Alice + Olivia, and helping to launch several private label brands, Daniella started her own women's collection in the Fall of 2010. Daniella Kallmeyer's integrity and passion for US production, Women's Empowerment, Entrepreneurial empowerment, and philanthropy acts as the skeleton to a brand that wishes to bring luxury aesthetic, tailoring, and timeless quality to a contemporary-priced collection. Kallmeyer also hopes 2013 will see the return of her line of accessories as well as continue to grow into a full lifestyle brand while maintaining the values and freshness of the it’s identity. Daniella has been recognized by the likes of VOGUE and VOGUE UK, WGSN, WWD, BULLETT, ELLE, NY MAG, REFINERY 29, PEOPLE STYLEWATCH, and more and noted as "One to Watch."  DANIELLA KALLMEYER can currently be found in specialty stores in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Portland and other US big cities, with plans to expand to Europe and Asia in the following seasons.
